Opening conference of the CENETSIE project in Poland

The opening conference of the project Central European Network for Sustainable and Innovative Economy (CENETSIE), noPPI/APM/2019/1/00047/U/00001, was held between January 27-29, 2020 in Poznan, Poland. The project aims to support the development of International Academic Partnerships and is funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). Poznan University of Economics and Business is the project coordinator and Dr.h.c. prof. Dr. Ing. Elena Horská is the local coordinator at the FEM SUA in Nitra. Partners include also the Czech University of Life Sciences, the University of Economics in Prague, the D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov, the International Innovation Center in Kiev, the University of Szeged and the University of Zagreb. Our faculty was represented in this event by doc. Ing. Patrik Rovný, PhD., doc. Ing. Jozef Repiský, CSc., Ing. Jana Gálová, PhD. Anna Mravcová, PhD. and Mgr. Petra Hargašová.
The project aims to build a community of researchers and students around two basic concepts: sustainability and innovations. The plan is also to disseminate through the network the new thinking about resources, doing business and economy in general through the creation of joint research teams, preparation of teaching materials and new grant applications within this field.
