FOODCOST Summer school in Orihuela, Spain, June, 2017

In the campus of University of Miguel Hernandez, in Orihuela, the FOODCSOT project (Nr. 2014-1-SK01-KA203-000464) international summer school was organized in two modules: Food-senzory-consumers and Neuromarketing and Augmented reality. Summer school lasts 8 days and at its end students presented their group works based on study visit in traditional local winery. Their proposals show how to connect traditions with innovations.
